​This course is concerned with the original real rights, i.e. rights in terms of its scope, means of protection, and limits imposed thereof, sorts of ownership, means of acquisition, some rights stemming from ownership, the right of benefit, the right of use and housing, the right of roof surface and pre-emption rights. It also deals with collateral rights, mortgage, pledge, and privileged rights in matters of formation, effects and termination of each.
